Community Partners
At the Center we believe the most effective approach to improving a healthy lifestyle is to engage the individual at many levels, such as through: peers, family, health care providers, school, work, neighborhoods, houses of worship, regulations, and policies. One of the most effective ways for us to reach individuals on all those levels is through the development of strong partnerships within the Greater Cleveland community. These stakeholders recognize the potential impact of working hand-in-hand at the neighborhood level to address the public health priorities of our area.
Here's a list of our established community partnerships. Check back soon for specific info about how we are working with each of these partners to achieve the mission of the Center.
